I've got more than 20 years of experience helping leaders like you identify their strengths and leverage them. Together, we'll create strategies to overcome obstacles and challenges.

I call my approach Embodied Project Management, and I go beyond traditional methods, incorporating heart, body, and spirit into problem-solving. My holistic style facilitates organizational transformation and empowers leaders to reach sustainable business success.

My experience as a business leader equips me with a versatile skill set and a broad perspective.

My ongoing education provides a strong foundation in business principles and strategic thinking. Whether you are navigating leading within a traditional or non-traditional work environment, I can help you integrate innovative strategies to drive positive change. 

Why I’m qualified:

I am a generalist who values continuous learning. My career path has spanned roles from admin support to CEO (sometimes at the same time!) and industries from healthcare and education to large capital construction. During our sessions, I may draw from my experience: 

  • 15 years as Owner/CEO of an educational services company sold in 2016 and still thriving

  • A parallel 20+ year career at the University of California in various roles within research and operations

  • 3+ years as Director of Strategy and Transformation at a global project management consultant firm

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UC Davis, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in World Literature and Cultural Studies from UC Santa Cruz

  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci Organizational Change Management Professional, OSHA-30, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

  • 30+ years of dance training with a focus on African-Brazilian dance forms

  • 10+ years of boxing training

  • Interest in studying and applying a variety of approaches to personal development and wellness

  • A deep connection to natur
